I have been working on my rugby t kicking for two days and I finally got it because I used a softer rugby ball. I was so happy!
It was hard to kick the hard ball – I would either get good height but not a good angle, or a good angle and not good height.
Last year I played hooker, this year I play in the middle and want to be able to t kick in a game. I don’t want to miss and be embarrassed.
What can I do to improve my t kicking?
